In the ASS article is the answer for your question. First realease is a circuit racing and after there will be rally and offroad

Whooaaa maaan! I can't find words. Maybe there will be a real game, that will be as good as RBR? Oh, that's one of my happyest days in my life. I hope that we won't be disappointed. Whooohoooo!

It's an interesting choice they've made to do the circuit racing first, then rally. In rally their only real competitior is RBR and it's mods - I dare say the new effort will be even better. With circuit racing they've got plenty of competitors and a not-yet-proven physics engine (although I suspect it will be top notch).

Just about anything you can think of is posible with RaceCom So I woulden't be supprised if it's posible for us to import all the RBR cars to RaceCom..
