Im a sound designer myself and im not that impressed with the sound of the engine, the brake are nice touches and the pops from the exusts are all ok, but the engine sound dont sound right, just sounds the same as every other game that pitchs the sound and makes it sound unrealistic, should be a grunting sound like the engine is roaring lion not screaming like a pig.

Hmm. Sounds a bit like every other car game on the PS2. I also like the brakes however.

bad sound, engine screams like a crappy one-litre-turbo, not like the most powerful engine in this game :-( not done so well. also pop-off-sound sets in too late.
