B = Brake Rotor and Caliper
C = Chrome Wheel Effect
W = Window Tinting Effect
This will modify the rotors and calipers of about 75% of the vehicles in the game.
Adds Chrome effect to cars that have alloy wheels, and tints the windows of every car
