This plugin works in Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro.
This is a DXTC texture compression plugin for photoshop that allows you to open and save .dds files. When saving .dds files, your image must be in RGB format. The plugin reads and writes .dds files compressed or uncompressed. The plugin requires DirectX9, as well as the DLLs in DLLs.zip (see the attachments) to run. Place the dds.8bi file in: "c:Program FilesAdobephotoshop 7.0plug-insfile formats".
