Looks good. I can't figure out how to dowmload stuff to NSR. I created a new folder, and put a car in it, but nothing happens in the game. What do I do?

The instructions are there. Download to your desktop and extract it into the folder. I made instruction of where to put it. And thanks for the low vote.
