how do i get the set up into my game i open file and doesnt make sense the setups seem like something for a f1 car or something

oh man thank u so much i tried for 2 hours today trying to get a setup that would get me under 51 and i couldnt make one. thank god i found this one. i just did one lap i got 50.84 which is a huge relief. im going bak to do some faster ones now. thankyou. bye
