Description: Hopefully this will make it easier. These are the same setups shipped with the game but I've orgainzed them by the track directories. The "base" setups are installed under every track folder so they are easy to grab right away (except Monza) and then any track specific setups are put in that tracks folder too.
Unzip this into the "GTR2002SaveYour namesettings" folder and make sure you are unzipping with the use folder option so it creates the track folder structure for you...
