Search the Sim Racing downloads, and i think someone has him here under the NASCAR Thunder 2004 game in a Chevy. It'd be under Single Cars somewhere.

Joe Nemecheck's Army Chevy can be found here: https://bhms.racesimcentral.net/download/7830. It's not perfect, but at least it's a Chevy. lol
