Colin McRae is perhaps the most popular and exciting driver on the world rallying stage today. The 32-year-old Scot became the sport�s youngest ever World Champion in 1995, during a successful 8-year career with the Subaru Prodrive team. To date, he has 19 World Rally Championship wins under his belt, including 3 in his current car, the L350,000 Ford Focus WRC. His all-out attacking style has earned him the nickname The Flying Scotsman. Co-driver Nicky Grist, the man behind the game�s in-car voice (English language version), teamed up with Colin McRae in 1997, forming a formidable partnership that has already brought them 11 wins. The 39-year-old Welshman made his WRC debut at the 1994 RAC Rally and has gone on to an impressive 15 wins in tandem with some of the sport�s leading drivers. |
