Ya Know all the stuff I've Dowloaded off of Shawn has screwed my system up. This time it says "Skins.zip in skins directory is not a directory" How can I fix this?

I get a message when I try to load a new career that gives me a shop error on all cars. Does anyone have the fix for this?
