Okay, on the German Ubisoft site there is news about the Patch and F1RC2 as well. A short translation:
There is confusion about the Patch after F1RC2 was announced. Don't worry: the patch will come.
We don't give a release date, it will come when it's finnished.
Changes in to patch:
Slighlty less aggressive AI
Fixes for Wheels
Fixes for Gfx boards
Race Times will be conform the real world.
There will be no add-on.
F1RC2 will be released November/December 2001. With new trackgraphics, better FX, new AI, Indianapolis track.
