Want white wall tires for All-Star Race - Need help

I'm running my offline season with the COT mod and I'm coming up on the All-Star Challenge. I'm driving the #95 Disney/Pixar Chevy (yes, Lightning McQueen and other paint jobs) and I've got a special car that I want to use for Lowe's.

I can get the paint job to show up in the game along with the chrome rims I want to use but I have a problem. I've made whitewall tires for this one race and I can't get them to show up in the game itself. I have pictures of what I want the car to look like in ZModder, but I can't get the tires to show up in the game.

My question is, what do I need to name the file in order to get the whitewalls to show up? I only need them for my car, so I assume I put them somewhere in the 95-05 folder to make it happen. If that's not right then where do I put the file?
