Weather Mod Info
Weather will be as close to real as we can get it, using the days weather forecasts taken at 14:00 hours. In game the ambient temperature should not go anymore than + or - 5º from the forecast that will be given.
Until the practice 2 session on the day of the race the server will be on random weather. The warm up weather will be the same as the start of the race weather.
Possible forcecasts are: (you will get average temperature too)
Dry: It is always dry. 49% chance of rain or less.
Showers: There are multiple short periods with rain in a session. 50% to 66% chance of rain.
Partly Rain: The weather changes once during a session. From dry to wet, or wet to dry. 67% to 85% chance of rain.
Rain: It rains all session. 86% chance of rain or greater.
The weather forecast from what i can tell gives three states for rain & the weather mod uses 0 to 99 for track condition. It doesnt rain until 70 so i will divide 70 to 100 for the three rain types.
Light rain = light rainfall 70 to 80
Showers = can be up to medium rainfall 70 to 90
Rain = can be up to heavy rainfall 70 to 99
The average minimum ambient temperature will never be set below 5º in the weather generator.
