| I bought Evo for $20, and Simbin has really taken more of an arcade side than a sim-side for sure. The sounds are top notch, along with the sounds, the skid sounds, the force feedback, all top notch (all better than Rfactor imho). But it almost seems, with all aids off, that some aids are on. It's just too easy to drive these cars at the limit. It's almost hard to fishtail and lose control of these cars. I love the added cars, the fact that I can drive Nords (yay a first for Simbin) with Real rain now, and with wipers, mist on windshield, as it should be, but the lack of physics takes some of this away from me. I still think they need to have a "professional" mode that is just that, full blown sim like they used to have (GTR1, GTL). Alot of cars to choose from just doesn't make up for the full-sim not being there, for me. My 2 cents. |
