I'm tryng to figure out how to add addtional tracks to GEM+. Currently, I only have the standard tracks showing in the drop down box on the main GEM+ screen. This limits me to how many races I can join through IGOR. Thanks!
It's a very strange issue; usually GEM+ recognize every new track, so I suppose that something is wrong in GEM+ or in the tracks installation, but before reinstalling something I suggest to post your problem at https://forum.racesimcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36 , where certainly you can find people that may help you more than me.
Next unzip it to a temporary folder like c:\downloads\GPL\Tracks\(trackname)
You should see a TrackInstall.exe or other exe. Run it and it should install it to GPL and you should be ready to race. That exe adds the info to the 67season.ini file so that it can be included in GPL.
In GEM > Seasons button, you can open up the 67season.ini and make tracks inactive by moving them to the left column or reactivate them by doing the reverse, assuming that you have the track in your GPL\tracks folder. Make sure that the SGEM is up to date in that GEM > Seasons window.
