Hi,
Don't know if this little progarm is of any use to you guys, I found it on a flight sim website for getting more performance out of MS Flight Sim X. It basically allows you to configure a profile to a game .exe that then shuts down services and programs that you select. Thought it may be of some use over here.

Have a look see what you think. I am in no way associated with this program. I have used it, but beware that stopping some stuff could have undesirable effects.
