I want to download the cot mod but i cant get into the site because it says im blocked for possibly having a harvester....
1. What is a harvester
2. How can i get access to the site
Any info would be great...

Your ban has been cleared. Thanks to trucky for letting me know about this post. As for a harvester, you can do some research on it for a complete explaination, but basically it is automated download software, so keep that in mind when downloading.
Sorry for the troubles.
