The attached zipped XML file was created in BTB in less than 20 minutes (in fact it took me more to post this than to create the stage!!!).
Just load it in your BTB and export it for RBR.
The steps I took:
1. Google Earth - drew the line, saved the KML file. (around 12 minutes)
2. KML2GPX - converted the KML to GPX
3. Topofusion - added elevation data to the track
4. My Own Tool - using PERL, I wrote a tiny script that extracts the X,Y,Z data from the GPX file, smooths the Z (elevation) data using a pretty simple mathematical formula, and saves all the above to CSV format.
5. BTB - Imported the CSV to BTB, reduced the width to 0,40 (I believe 1 is too much), added some simple terrain not to fall off.
The track is pretty much smooth, although it has many drawbacks.
The most important are:
1. As you can see in the attached image or if you played the stage there are some stairs, or a lot of corners instead of smooth curves. (some way to fix this? maybe with more detailed meshes? with more nodes?)
2. The terrain looks unnatural because it 's flat. I couldn't load the bumpy stages Piddy created, but a tool that makes the terrain with ups and downs will be great.
3. The terrain looks naked. maybe a tool in BTB that adds bushes in the 70% of the terrain and also different trees randomly will be great. (it will look like plankgas's track. (https://www.plankgas.elementfx.com)
Piddy, you are a GOD. I'm sorry that I can't help you because you want someone who already knows 3d modelling (and I know very very little).
