hello. as some of you know i just got my hp working again. after 2 years with a dead mother board i purchased a new one. i bought an MSI k8T890M2. well after long thought on why it wouldnt work i fixed the issue. but now ive got a new one. my gaming performance which should be higher than the previous cpu i had is LOWER! for instance. before this died i could run 42 cars on nr2003 atleast at 30 fps. Now its 9 fps.
and it isnt just nr2003 it has also been doing this in NSR. which before i could run 70 frames now im only running 20 - 30.

Memory: 446MB RAM
