Sorry if this has been discussed already, but I do not have time to search through all the threads to find it. Here goes...
I just got (from a friend) a NASCAR Racing Pro Digital 2 wheel and pedal setup. I was told you can put the brake and gas on seperate axis, but I cannot figure out how to do it. I had an older model of the NASCAR Pro Racing wheel (NOT digital) and it could not be done with Windows XP. Is there a trick to doing this?
I have checked the Thrustmapper and there is no place to seperate the pedals in that program either.
Any help would be appreciated.

go to the control panel in your computer. Select printers and other hardware, select game controllers, select properties for you wheel, select settings, uncheck combine axis. You are done |

I do not have a "settings" in the properties area. It just brings up the Thrustmapper where it lets you calibrate/center all the axis and there is one for steering (L & R) and one for pedals (brake & gas). This is no place to check or uncheck combined pedals. Any other ideas?

Are you calibrating the wheel in windows or the in the game? If in the game, exit the game and go to the windows controller. Follow the steps listed in my last reply. |

I have tried in game, windows game controller and Thrustmaster Thrustmapper and none of them give me an option for a third axis.

Tried one, but didn't like the feel. Too use to the non-tensioned wheels. I just need someone who has/had this wheel to tell me what I need or need to do. But thanks for the input Kurt.
