You can using your's profile.
Try write in console (tilde) :
Cheat.AllRaces() - for all races and cars
Cheat.AddCash(how many cash) - adding cash

I did It!!!Thanx mate!It was a piece of cake...
Another issue now:Where to find xrx skins apart from those available at blackhole motorsports?
Seems that there are no many modders for this game , though It's the best there's outhere ( RBR Is still No 1 )
