Please read 'readme' first for the PASSWORD or you won't be able to extract the setups using winzip.
Sorry for being an a**hole for I really wish that all of you would even just take a peek at the readme because I really don't want surprising anyone. Same way a setup engineer would communicate to the driver... It's not realistic to have the engineer setup the car and driver drives it, without knowing what to expect from it. You're bound to mess up. Normally, I would like to avoid it as much because who gets the blame? Me!!
The WRC Setups 2 should've been the last setups I will make in '07 but due to Taiwan Earthquake(my condolences to the victims) disabling our internet, sent home from the office, so there
You can post your comments here, or in the download page or both Thank a lot!

Regardless of password it can't unpack zip.
Tried WinRAR / 7-zip and resident MS wonder -
Can't unpack s2000.zip - error - doesn't know compression method.
Only works with WinZip. Had to d/l trial version of WinZip 11.0 to get it done.
Why oh why do it this way ??
I really do appreciate your efforts - and from a fellow a**hole - why add complication when none is necessary ?? |

So I could put the password in the readme, so everyone will be forced to read 'readme', and that the setups won't surprised(in a bad way) them if they read the whole thing.
I know when people don't read the 'readme', and I've confirmed that. I've realized that everyone is lazy at reading stuff even if it's good for them... And who am I to change people..
So I'm reuploading the setups. I used to assumed that everyone is using winzip. Apparently not?! Thanks Grumpa for the details. Standby...

Hi
1st let me thank you for your setups...
My questions is:
I use RSRBR4, and i noticed that they don't use the Focus 06 original setup, am i right?
How can i add your modified setup, so that everytime i load the Focus 06 by RSRBR4 the car uses your setup by default?
THANKS |

Well, first of all I prefer Power Archiver as it includes lots of crompressing formats but didn't work with this zip, so I also had to download the winzip.
I must also say that use to read the readme files and I did it with this zip too. It's has very interesting info, not also the password as I totally agree with dtaker regarding his comment about driver and engineer
Thanks for the setups and kind regards,
SchumiBCN .

Hi.
10 days ago my hard drive died So I was without my pc for a long time.
Now I realized how important it is.Went almost nuts lol.
Today was installing everything from scratch , since i didnt made any backups.Smart move.
But enough off-topic.
Will test the setups as soon I get RBR up and runing (omg all the mods gone......)and will give feedback.
Though I wonder judging from the dates , these are for the focus 1.0?
Will there be any problems with the 1.2 version? |

I'm very postive the setups will have problems with 1.2 so I'll try to make a setup for 1.2 this weekend.. I myself haven't played RBR since the Focus 06 setup. Been sitting on my arse a long time and had to look for a new job I somewhat feel your situation, Razor, I once had to use a slow vid card for weeks for busting my gaming vid card and it was depressing, good luck, m8!

Yo man.
I finaly found some time , to play RBR .And omg its so great if you dont play it for a while.
But i suck big time , I forgot how to drive , since I crash all the time
am late on flicking the car , and I dont listen to the pace notes.
Need some practice , and will give some feedback, when Iam back
to the level i was before.
But, i did a quick test run today , and have to say that Rueda didnt
do so bad default setups, maybe he took a look at your WRC setups
hehe.
But your setups are again better , faster , more precise.Have to really test
them out to see(feel) the diference.
Only 1 thing I dont like so much , is that the tarmac setup has a higher
ride height , and the car is more moving. But performance over look right?
I will take a day off at work to play RBR tomorow , all day long, all day long.
BTW , what wheel settings your playing with dtaker?
I play with 540 degree rotation , minimum force feedback, and i leave
the steering lock in game around 540. Needs a little geting used to but
feels great IMO.
Because I am sure the car feels diferent with another wheel setup. |
