Do any kind of that information excist? I cant find any info on the site and I cant mail any at SimBin because they wont answer on technical support questions. How could I know if my PC can handle the game?

Download the demo. I'm sure if your PC can handle the demo it will be able to handle the full game. |

What are you're system specs? Also you might check out the specs of GTR2 or GTL, I'm sure they will be quite similar. I would suggest an AMD 3000+, a 128 meg Nvidia card and half a gig of ram would do the trick but might not be that great with a full field of cars.
I had a AMD 3400+, 6800GT with a gig of ram and I could run GTL with 36 cars at a fairly high resolution. 1200x1024. |

I have following:
Pentium4 2GHz
nVidia 6600 256mb
1256mb RAM
but anyway, I have GTL, but I cant drive when there are too many cars on the track, so...I probably had to run it with 800x600 res to make it not "slow down"

with those specs I would say that you are borderline at best. Anything that is coming out now I would suggest you need a 256meg card and a gig of ram and a 3 gHz or 3400+ AMD processor to run well.
You can build a system now reasonbly cheap. A few months ago I bought a 4400+ AMD Dual core processor and paid top price for it, less than 2 months later it was on sale for half of what I paid.
In Canada there is a site called Tiger Direct and if you keep an eye on it you can find stuff really cheap. (Not all the time but if you watch I've seen great sales) maybe they have a similar site in Sweden. |

It sadly means your computer isnt good enuff.
I used to hav a really bad 1.8 ghz computer, but a pretty beefy 6800 GT
the video card evened things out.. i could play the game (GTR2) but with everything at lowest detail, and only 20 cars simultaniously on track
i rescently got a new 2.8 (i think) duo core... it really changes everything! full detail, 36 cars: 30 fps-ish.... its pretty good
maybe u should change to a duo core extreme... it would be a LOT better..!!!
best of luck, finding some new stuff for ur computer,
Benedict |
