I modified the rF3 so that it is more along the lines of Star Mazda series cars, and I wanted to make an entirely new car out of it in rFactor. I made all my changes, and renamed all the files, as well as changed all the lines in the veh and hdv files that point to the engine.ini files and such, but my car does not show up in rFactor. I have no idea what I have missed. I am calling the car the FLT-1, and I am certain that changed every last file name and text line to correspond. Can anyone give me a quick run down on the basics I need to add a car, especially the bit about the title and class entries for the vehicle selection screen. Again, I am certain that I have got what should be a working car, I just can't find it in the game.
