can anyone tell me how can i upload stuff (skins...) ? i looked 1000 times but i didnt find any ways to upload stuff, it might be a stupid question but can anyone please tell me ?

assuming You mean to this site, it�s in the top left hand corner of the index site. it�s called "submit"
