sorry for absolute newbie question. Maybe someone could tell me what's the efect of all these garage settings (like tire pressure, wing deg. and so on)?

increasing the front and rear wings will increase downforce and cornering speed at the expense of straight line speed. lowering the ride height will increase speed. stiffer suspensions will help on smooth tracks, which most scgt tracks are. you can adjust understear and overstear with the anti-sway bars and also affect cornering with them and the other suspension settings. https://home.freeuk.net/jrknight/scgt/guide/guide.htm has a section on setting up your car.
