Lund, Sweden, 5th June 2006: Swedish game developer Simcito announced that it will soon begin a free public test of its online racing simulator "Driver's Republic". Testing will initially be limited to 400 users, selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will begin on June 26th and interested participants will be able to register for the test at https://www.driversrepublic.net.
"Driver's Republic", formerly known by its working title "Racecom", features a unique and fully-modular content creation system. Simcito aims for "Driver's Republic" to become a leading platform for realistic race simulation, with support for a wide range of racing series, from rallying to circuit racing.

I don't think that anyone will register on 26th. Their servers are going to break after a couple of thousand hits in a few seconds, I'm sure about that
Let's hope for the best |

I agree but https://www.racecom.com/ was already taken. At least it's not going to be confused with Need For Speed. |
