great work with the golf!
But i think that would be more interresting to make VW Golf G60 Rallye, so we could have a real group A mod! Because a lot of Group A cars are being allready made and since Golf Rallye had more succes in WRC!
Maybe for yours(or someone elses's) next project! Anyway...keep up the good work!

rallye golf was 3rd in WRC New Zealand, which is by far the best result in rallying for the VW! 
Ofcourse do continue and make the golf gti! I just meant that it would bve great to have the rallye too! since it can be made, by modifiying the gti, and with other physics...

The group A Golf GTI even won a WRC event, wich is better than the Rallye...
The Rallye was another failure by the VW factory, just like the Golf III and IV kitcar. But still it was a beautiful car.

Really?! I didn't know that one...can you tell which event did it win and which year? And who was driving it?

My friends dad owns the car that Kalle Grundel drove in the Swedish rally 1983. Just look at this amazing result:
1. Hannu Mikkola, Audi Quattro
2. Stig Blomqvist, Audi 80 Quattro

4. Michele Mouton, Audi Quattro
5. Kalle Grundel, VW Golf GTI,

Kenneth Eriksson, 1987, Ivory Coast rally, one of the few rallies Lancia didn't win that year, mainly because they weren't there...
