WRC2002 Mod is taking shape. Check out eddy3spain's work in the screenshot section for the preview images of 7 major cars in their tarmac specification, which are featured in this addon for Richard Burns Rally.

There is also this video featuring Seb Loeb's Xsara WRC on French tarmac stages.

They seem to put it back on for hot rallies, and remove for cold ones. In 2002, it varied. You'll be able to have both versions of course.
