Hi all

We have just started a MotoGP2005 Mod league on www.cci-clan.co.uk

At the moment we race online once a week, on Sunday nights around 20:00GMT. The races are five lap sprints and we do 4 races each night.

Whilst we have many riders who race normal MotoGP2, not many want to play the 2005 Mod. This I can understand because the Mod is much more difficult, but for me this is how SIM should be...much more realistic

Anyway, if anyone is interested in joining us go here for more information: -
https://www.cci-clan.co.uk/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=48

You can post your interest in the '100% Mod League sign up' thread in the Mod forum. You need to register at CCI first to post, but its easy...just a username & password like here.

You will need the latest physics Ver3.6 to race. The update is available here:-
https://racing.edgegaming.com/files/...ion=file&id=855

Likewise, if there are any other leagues out there racing the MotoGP2005 Mod, please post some information here, for me

Being "hard" is a misunderstanding when it comes to realism.[/code]

hi Jerm its me john aernouts for some reason when i made an account it did not accept my own name Laughing so i used the name of one of my dogs Laughing

@ ostbucks try to find a good setup and it will help a lot .........
it took me an hour or so before i had a good setup for mugello,, so you need to put time in there Laughing
so to me finding a good setup is part of realism yes only thing is people are not used to it in MGP2

hey jerm thx for the effort you put into it i am very happy with that

Hi John, thanks mate I'm trying but its proving to be difficult Surprised

Ostbucks, I take your point, but in MotoGP2 realism does not even come into the game until you play the 2005 Mod.

I appreciate what you're saying 'hard does not always mean realistic' I agree they are two separate things, but in this case the 2005 Mod IS hard AND realistic.

Try it on cockpit view 2....you'll see what I mean Laughing
