This is what is in my directory:
Bugbear
common1

Flatout

Patch(configuration settings)
patch1(BFS file)
readme
I backed up these 3 files:
/data/cars/car_5/skin1.dds
/data/cars/car_5/skin1_damaged.dds
/data/cars/shared/tire_01.dds
I did the unrar with the general lee...placed it in the folder(cars).i wrote(in the patch folder(configuration settings)i wrote what was supposed to be there(chrisdodge.bfs)after i do all what i think i'm supposed to do.i get an error when trying to start game.what am i doing wrong?can anyone help? |

| Did you put it in the 'car 5' folder? If it is in the 'car' folder it won't work. |

| nope,i didn't put it in car 5 folder,it says 13 folder,maybe i'm putting stuff in wrong folder,could you tell me what folder'm not crazy or stupid,i just can't figure this out.am i supposed to get rid of one of the folders in my flatout directory?i used to run dtr,painted cars and etc...never had a problem,this seems a little weirder or i am |

| I only said 5 because you said you'd backed up folders from 5. I thought you might have put files in the wrong level folder, ie. the car folder rather than the folder of the actual car you're updating. |
