I've piled most information about this mod and opened up a section for it, which thus far has not got much, but I hope it grows with time as IMO it will eventually be one of the best mods for any rally game. There's no strict mod team working on it, but a collaborative effort of number of people from rbr and no-grip who want to have GroupB cars in RBR.
I'll be working on the menus in parallel to 2002 mod, and once 2002 mod is done, GrB will take full priority. GroupB is much more difficult to make because of numerous physics limitations from RBR, so may be it will never happen for RBR, but we'll try our best for sure. Personally, I'll stick the S1 into the game even if it'll have have some physics limitations - just love the car.
Final release time is put on Summer06, but as with everything of this nature, it is only relative date and should be treated lightly.

Yeah, I think the same. Like 2Pac said: "There are no words that can express how I feel", I can't express my respect to you, Eddy, Tremblay, and the other guys, who work this project, to make RBR for us more better.
I wish you a lot of persistence to finish this plan!

Myself and all the Group B lovers can´t thank u guys enought!
But i´ve been doing some reserch and some of the power outputs are not correct

I'm not sure what you are referring to since I haven't put any power figures, except those on loading screens - and there's nothing changed there excep me putting 500 and 400 hp output figures just to test if carinfo.ini would pickit up. So don't worry about that bit, it's not final by any means. There's not full working physics for any of the cars at this point. Thank you for that link though, it will be useful.

PS- just a sugestion.... cause i`m a Quattro fan,insted of the the Celica,why don´t u guys inclued the S1 Pikes Peak as a Bonus Car? (or the 406 Pikes Peak)

Because it's not GroupB car, while Celica won quite a few rallies. And it's not 8th car, the 8th car is the Renault R5 - one which is tentative. I'd rather have the Cirtoen BX4T but it's not up to me here, but up to Mudsnow.
I think Pikes Peak deserves its own mod - and its own mod!

A sad thing is that due to technical limitations, we'll never get real groupB in RBR (physics). That means suspension, aerodynamics, stronger turbo engines and a lot of other stuff. You can pretend you drive a Bgroup car but it will be just a stronger WRC with MacPherson struts etc.
But what the heck Fun is fun. Realism is realism.

That's not entirely true. You are oversimplifying the matter. It doesn't matter how to use the physics, as long as car feels realistic.

Someone said that McPherson struts weren't used. Well, what technologies were used on Group B cars that isn't used on WRC cars? Like, the basics.
