Thunder Cars is a fictional One Make Challenge series for Grand Prix Legends. All of the cars have exactly the same chassis, engine and tyres. There is no difference between the cars other than the livery. With a fairly small frontal area, and over 600bhp on tap at the rear wheels you should be seeing somewhere in the region of 230mph from these cars. They have healthy amounts of torque, and yet in true oval-style still rev quite freely. They are primarily intended for oval racing, although they have proved to be stunningly good fun on road courses, ideally suited to the likes of Spa and Le Mans for example, yet also give great racing on wider short courses such as Lime Rock.

any ideas when this is gonna be available again? I guess it was a beta, was it withdrawn coz of the installation issues that a couple of the guys had? |

I believe reason for withdrawing it was the developers had received enough feedback. It does make sense not to have too many beta copies in circulation.
