I've read all the previous posts and didn't find any discussion about steering wheels. Can the game be played with one. I tried to set the controls with my steering wheel, its buttons and swithches but got no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated as my MS Precision 2 joystick is really twitchy in this game.

Can't say for sure about your Act RS, but in four years of online racing I don't recall ever hearing of someone that couldn't get their wheel to work. SCGT has fairly good FF also.

I've tried going to the link posted, downloaded the new .exe. Still can't get the game to recognize both controllers. If I unplug the pedals/shifter, the wheel works fine. And with both plugged in, it only recognizes the pedals/shifter. I have the shifter utility v2.2, and the force rs 2.5.1 drivers installed aswell.

Anyone with any ideas? Is there anyway possible for both controllers to be recognized as one? Or a way to make the game recognize both? Or is it possible that I"m the only person who has experienced this problem? Grand Prix Legends and Nascar 2003 work perfectly for me! SCGT and DTR:SC both give me problems with this wheel/pedal/shifter combo.

Any assistance/advice/hinters would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks Embarassed Rolling Eyes

Try this dual-axis fix here..

https://www.thenorwaypits.com/fbody/scgt/patches.html

There's no info with it, but I asume you just back-up your spcar.exe and replace it with this one, as it's a very old patch it's hard to say what version of patch it works with. If you havn't patched your basic sport car gt yet, I'd use the 1.551 fixed patch (available same page) before trying the dual-axis patch.

Dual Axis fix
-Dual axis fix for controllers - Demo Only! (Arthur Axelrad) [400 k]

If i remember correctly, this was just for the Demo version because the Demo did not have the 1.551 patch.
