Rally UK (working title), developed by racing specialist Brain In A Jar, allows players to build and race their own rally cars across tracks from Alpine passes to Arctic tundra, using a physics and driving engine five years in the making and already proven in Codemasters Indy Car Series. Adding head-to-head racing and extreme exhibition tracks to the classic Rally games structure, the game is scheduled for release in August 2004 on PS2 and PC.
We also posted 5 screenshots.

ROFLMFAO!!! To bad that same physics engine was created using the 10year old Atari gaming system, then coverted to PC. Like 99% of Codemasters titles..... |

those screenshots look 5 years old, so it's indeed prolly five years in the making; translation: 5 years ago they made a physics engine and recently they changed (c) 1999 into (c) 2004 |

Too bad Heads up their Arses, er, Brain in a Jar never bothered testing their "physics and driving engine" with any driving wheels for the PC. The only thing that they proved with Indy Car Series is that they have no clue how to code a game/sim in such a manner that allows for easily configurable controller selections.
