It is an honor to have Codemasters come to BLACKHOLE MOTORSPORTS to get input from the members. I have indeed learned alot from this sight about Computer gaming and in depth Physics of Real life racing. This has givin me a edge I needed to improve my skills in my Go-Karting career. In one season I have gone from 6.5 Honda to 125 cc Rotax max Challenge.
Stick around Codemasters, this is a great foundation for the future of Computer Driving Games and Sims. Well done everyone! |

Have you ever tried GPL or LFS? You want a simulator go here.
You want a fun, toss around game that you can go almost any speed around turns, you pick up a Codemasters title. I haven't found a Codemaster game yetm that I couldn't Master in about 3 hours.
GPL took me about 3-4 months to start getting competitive.
I race in real life also. SCCA competitively and Road Courses when I have time.
I got 1st place in SCCA for the season in my class of 20+ cars my first year racing (on street tires). I could feel GPL in my racing, and could feel the way it helped. Some do, some don't.
You gotta try GPL, then tell us about physics.
I don't wanna knock Codemasters on anything but the fact they advertise their ARCADE games as SIMULATORS.
