when ever i play a single race or start a championship the game bombs me back out to the desktop, i can play in practice, qualifying etc. but when i go in to a full blown race the moment i cross the 2nd timing marker on any circuit the game shuts down.
any suggestions?
i re installed my video card drivers (geforce2 gts) and re installed directx8 but the problem still occurs

This game has some big problems that hopefully will be fixed with a patch soon.( I get about ten minutes worth of racing in if I'm lucky before the whole thing freezes or gives me the blue screen of death)
