question to BHMS admin.
I have been visiting your site every day since it started so I need to ask....
are you going to include files for Leadfoot on the frontpage of your homepage like you do for all the other cool racing games like Nascar, DTR and GP500?
and can I put a plug in for https://www.pcpowerplay.com.au
I am a newsy there and I do it for free!
we also have some cool forums too. |

Leadfoot will be included with the new site. As for when the new site will be up I don't know. JD probably will though |

ETA of the new site..
.. end of the month. If Jacob and Co can get the PHP sorted out. They didn't try to use NUKE PHP as they didn't like it. |

That's why all of my pages are in plain-old,hand-typed, HTML. No muss, no fuss. Just the way I want it every time, all the time. It may take longer, but the time spent is worth it. I will admit, I do cheat a little on my pages. I start from a page that is already prepared (header tags and such) then go from there. I usually only have to spend about 5 minutes per page "tweeking" to get it exactly like I want.

John,
The reason why we went to PHP is because soem of the "lads" on the team don't know HTML. With PHP, ASP, CFM or whatever, they can just type in and add information to the site.
Granted, there are WYSIWYG HTML editors (Fav all-time Dreamweaver).. I think these guys are bit too intimidated. |

I hope I didn't tick anyone off......I was just kinda pokin' some fun. If I didn't already have too much to do....I would volunteer my services. Maybe after the real racing season ends, I may have some free time to help with the cause. Right now we are in a stretch where we have 3 races in a row, and the site has to be updated almost daily. That's not to mention sending out the newsletters for the sanctioning body (including writing them and compiling the points), and getting my car ready for the next race. I also got a car donated to me to run in the "Hornet" class at the local circle track. It is almost enough to make me quit my full time job and become a serious racer, if it all wasn't on the "local" level. If the webmasters for BHM need any help, let me know. |

John,
You didn't upset anyone.
CD: I understand where you are coming from.
The whole idea for the new site is to have database..... search engine within the site.
The ability for anyone to add information any section of the site. Without the need to go through a third person. |

Most of the time it is just debugging the script. The new site is on Jacob's server right now. |
