is there a way to raise my seat so i can see better.its like im 5'- 3" the way the seat is in default incar view. thanks

You can either use camhack software or move the camera in the ini file. Look in CarName.ini in the car folder, then search inside camera (or something like that, usually at the beginning of the file).
You have 3 values for Eyepoint , the 1st is for left/right, the second for up/down and the last for forward/backward (I'm not a 100% sure but it's the principle).
Just change the values and find which values are the best for you.
