Maybe you can find another pedalboard and use it for the third pedal (maybe cut it in to if you don't have too much place).
You may also find a thrustmaster 3 pedals pedalboard on ebay or anywhere else, I don't know.

Go to the place in the menu where you assign each role for each button/pedal. Then select the clutch and press the button you want it to be assigned. Here I use it on the top left button of the wheel.

Sorry, I can´t take screens right now...
But go to the place where you choose what each button will do. There you will see the clutch.

| make sure you have "clutch help" turned off (you find it under Gears in the game options) |
