| Hello. I can't get DTRSC to run in D3D on my new video card, nVidia GeForce 8600, it will only run in software mode. When I try to get it to run in D3D, the menus come up as blocks, not text, and if I get the game to run by guessing at the right areas to click on, it comes up with the cars, tracks, and scenery made up of text, not graphics. I have tried running it in Windows 95 and 98 compatibility mode with no help. I have Windows XP SP2 Prof and the game ran fine on this system with my old card, a GeForce 6800, so I know it has to do with the new card but I don't know any way around it. Thanks for any help |
