The game runs (from start menu, that is), HOWEVER, I still get the error with RBRStart.
an unnamed file contains an invalid path
I cannot create any carsets due to this error...
The tool have no more first start message, but the second error still persists.

Sorry, I can't simulate such an error. If everything you have told me is correct it is to 99% impossible. I start to suspect that you are just joking with me. If not,
you must have done something really strange with your game installation.
Last attempt: delete rbrcps.ini in tool folder and cancel the question for cfg file
at the next start of the tool. If this doesn't work the only advice I can give you is to reinstall the game (I have seen on your posted configuration file that the tool has worked on your system too)

| I have problem with RBRStart 0.9 , when I want import carset sound from Hdi .File carsetcfg.txt seems not correct .But in 0.5 version its work. |

I have uploaded an new "RBRStart.exe" which should fix this problem.
