Lol, although i don't have the full game (NSR), If you take a paint scheme that person doesn't have that hosts the multiplayer server, (as i know from countless accusations) you can (and in most cases) be accused of cheating. This causes them to think you have a mod or something as they will more than likely see the pace car. Then, when you try to explain by rejoining the race you got the boot from, you get the boot again. But what the heck?! Who needs to race online anyways? You have Career mode that's WAAAAAAAAAYYY more fun than multiplayer ever will be.

Have u downloaded any files or changed a GBD file to a track? or a VEH file to a certain car? theres a few possibilities, but sounds to me like you have a bad download.
