Does anyone know where I can get a copy or download of the GT 2002 add on for F1 2002 other than at the Hungarian site. Every time I try to download from them, I get an error saying there's too many people trying to download. This happens no matter what time I try. Is the Hungarian site still actually there or not.

Go to this link https://www.sportplanet.com/emac/fia-gt/download2002.html and look under download 2002 GTR2002. Keep in mind you have to register at D/L site Fileplanet in order to get it.
You also have the option of D/L GT2002 in sections...but I would highly recommend getting full install version.

Polaski,
Thanks for the help. I managed to make my way through the maze and got all of the files downloaded. One last favor, I tried to access the SimBin forum for the instructions for the installation sequence but got an error page instead. Tried the main SimBin site but there didn't seem to be a forum there either. Is there a specific sequence for installing the files to keep from screwing things up?

These instructions are based on the 1 step .exe. But just be glad I saved this when it was on the forums. Keep in mind that you may want to get these additional cars which I believe are still available here at BHM.
GT Racing 2002 Installation Procedure Rev 11

Required: Full installation of F1 2002.
NOTE: Install unofficial addon-cars only at your own risk. Some of them may
cause problems with the game.
Install components in the following order*:
1. MAIN: GTR 2002 Install v1.0 (272 MB)
2. CAR: Nourry Porsche 993 GT2
CAR: Bramzel Diablo
3. TRACK: Assen (Long) 2001
4. TRACK: SBDT GTR 2002 Track Texture Addon
5. PATCH: GTR 2002 Patch v1.2 (51 MB)
(NOTE: If you want specific AI and camera views for LeMans
track install the track to \GTR2002Season\Tracks\Lemans
before applying Patch 1.2)
6. ADDIN: GTR 2002 Telemetry v2.xx
(NOTE: This is not obligatory. Install new version whenever
you want.)

* Follow my advice and install the carpacks as listed above. The addon cars fix
original files included in v1.0 and in patch v1.2.
