Is there a tutorial on the BZF manager? I have it, but I don't really know how to use it.

I have already answered this at RGC, but since it is offline now i will say it again here.

There was a tutorial or guide made by Fredizzimo.
If i remember right then maybe someone made a backup copy of the tutorial text just before No-Grip was closed down.
It was either Ralph_B or Roger, i can't remember exatly...
