Here is basically what my first car is like i had a hard time choosing a color so i chose that color and might change the number and i know its kinda plain looking but i would like to know what u guys think (be honest) thanx lots. Thanx 2 various pepole for the decals. Im gonna fix the beer bottle position.

That's your first ever paint? Well, very nice job! . I like the silver color as it's under used in most heat mods and many a race car has been painted silver.
Okay with the Hood decal. Being that shape, I would suggest rotating it so it angle down the hood sort of facing the grand stands. To do that, select JUST the decal then in PSP select image, rotate. Might try like 30 degress or so.
Looks like you need to get perhaps a newer generation of decals. Do a search of sites so you can download a good master first time over the internet set. You will probably get better resolution.
One other thing to try AFTER you have saved your final paint in PSP format (always remember that  ), MERGE the visable layers then SHARPEN. Then save as a TGA. This final merge and sharpen will often bring up the detial in your entire paint scheme. Watch carefully though. In some cases with bright spots, the final sharpen will burn them out. You have to decide which way looks better on the car.

Yeah, very nice for a first car. You don't want to see my first! 
I'd recommend checking out https://brandsoftheworld.com/ for decals. This way they can be sized as big or as small as you'd like them, and they're the most detailed and accurate.
