I don't know if SRS got any fan sites (yet). Try the official forum:

I really enjoy SRS for what it is. It's no sim but less arcade then NFSU2. Free roaming, tuning, damage and fast racing with nice import cars. If it only had the mechanical depth of SLRR it would have been a perfect Street racing game.
