TV Hood and Bump on Board Cameras

To make these cameras turn like on TV, you will have to take some steps explained in the Readme, if not they will focus only ahead. Thanks to JD_GunMod_Wohlever who created '10 Realistic On-board Cameras', from where I added all his cameras.

I modified the .CAM archive. There is Turn 1, Turn 2, a view of all the Back-stretch from Turn 3 and another one on the Front-stretch. Also 2 views on the Front-stretch and Back-stretch grandstands as a fan.

| Replaces the "MISC" onboard cameras with realistic and better looking cameras. Camera's are named according to their function. Does not affect the Cockpit, Roof, Hood, Chase, and Nose Views. |
