JGTC GT500 by Yellowgarage Coverted for F1 Challenge 99-02. This is the final release. A complete working mod with vehicle backfire and lights, improved physics, Championship 2000 season tracks asigned. Team backgrounds and menu artwork. Includes all prior updates, fixes, and addons.
The first release was a raw conversion of the JGTC mod warts and all, and some of them are in the original from yellowgarage. It worked as a single file. When I broke it up into 5 smaller files for upload I missed one! The tires for the Mclaren, and that is what caused the CDT I'm so sorry for any pain and suffering I placed on the simracing community. The good news is that some good folks over at racesimcentral (JGTC GT500 for F1c forum) loved these cars, favorites since SCGT and over the past few weeks this mod has transformed into a de-warted racing dream that I think the original creators Yellow Garage would be proud of. And 4 added on cars are having already come out of the old archives. I wish I could find anybody from the now defunct yellow garage to thank them. The time and effort these guys put into converting these cars and the creation of this mod for F1200 is still alive and continues to glow in F1C. I take no credit for this mod only for its conversion. |
