PCRacers hosts fixed setup NASCAR Racing 2003 leagues. We run fixed setup races and are currently using COTs, and Trucks, and are always open to new ideas for mods and tracks. Races are typically run Monday through Friday, with qualifying at 8:30pm EST.
Points and standings are kept track through Race Points Manager (RPM), and there are prizes available throughout the year!
